All members of staff are required to complete the mandatory Safeguarding training relevant to their role. Your Manager/Team Leader will ensure that you complete this training and it is imperative that you sign an attendance register as proof that you have learnt and understood the training.
The main aim of the training is to ensure that you:-
- Know what the term Safeguarding means
- Know what to look out for
- Know who to inform
The training will explain how to work in ways that protect people from abuse, harm and neglect.
