Medra Counselling: As a member of the Council's staff you have confidential access to up to 4 counselling sessions a year.<\/span><\/span> You will need to contact the Occupational Health Unit, where the qualified staff of the Unit will refer you on in complete confidence.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

If there is an emergency where staff want urgent support\/advice outside the Council's normal hours, it is possible to contact MEDRA directly on 0800 132 737 and a member of the team will be able to assist you or refer you on to appropriate agencies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n
